LED lamps from NXP have the IP-address


The Dutch company NXP has developed a LED lamps that finally realize the dream of many computer geeks on the possibility of using on / off light in a room without detracting from the monitor.

New lamps have their own IP-address and is controlled by wireless technology, but not the usual Wi-Fi 802.11, and based on the 802.15.4 standard.
The new lamps, which can cope with a special wireless remote should be on sale during the current year and costs $ 50 per set of 5 pieces.
